*** Despite the current ongoing Russian war Kyiv Dance Festival is back. In 2022 the event was going to be held, but due force majeure the event was postponed. Bachataloves.me stands with Ukraine ***
Special edition of Kyiv Dance Festival, that should have previously celebrated the 5th anniversary. This event was the largest International dance festival in Ukraine combining 5 dance styles: Bachata, Kizomba, Salsa on1 & on2 , Cuban, Zouk. For this edition a limited Bachata edition with Ukranian teachers and a small italian crew.
The event, before war started was expected to receive hundreds of participants from dozens of countries, to be held in the modern Kyiv Mercure Congress Center & 5000 sq.m. of dance space. One of the highlights from this festival was the atmosphere held and good level of organization.
