In March 2025, The Weekend comes back with some extra improvements. A new 5* hotel, recently inaugurated, even closer to the Casino and one extra day of party. “The Weekend” event, returning to Lloret de Mar but in a NEW venue & secondary hotels and some dancing nights & shows in the Gran Casino Costa Brava. This festival, held at the renewed & luxurious Hotel Meliá Lloret de Mar, just some meters across the Casino (some people complained that last year the hotel was a bit far from the Venue, which won’t happen this year)- This festival has a top lineup of bachata artists, while still including a healthy dose of Salsa and Kizomba, complete with nonstop social dance opportunities during day & night.
This year’s event will be an extended, XXL version, spanning six full days for the early goers. With over 2000 participants hailing from across Europe and Spain, you’re sure to meet a diverse mix of fellow dance enthusiasts. Don’t know how to get to Lloret?
If you don’t have car the most convenient way to reach the venue is with Bus (you can take it directly at the airport T1/T2 or from Barcelona Nord Bus Station, located near Arc de Triomf metro station).
You should buy your tickets online on Moventis Website. When going to Lloret you will find 3 stops, select “Lloret de Mar Estació”. From there you just need to walk 7-8 minutes to the main Venue.
