Madrid DNA Experience is a small group bachata training journey in Madrid from Wednesday 2nd to Sunday 6th December 2026, now in its 4th edition. It is not a classic festival: dancers apply with their background and a short social dance video, and the DNA team selects the group by level and role balance. The DNA Experience (3 to 6 December) combines about 10 hours of training with Daniel y Juliana, Marco y Sara, Carlos y Paz and Miguel y Sunsire, guided practice with live coaching, a Madrid tour day, the DNA Dinner and nightly Madrid socials. Before it, the DNA J&J Lab (2 to 3 December) is a competition focused intensive led by Daniel K with Raquel Abs and Virginia Peidro, ending in a full Jack & Jill simulation judged with Nico Silva.
DNA is built for intermediate and advanced dancers who want coaching and feedback rather than a crowded workshop room. Group sizes are capped at 40 and 50 dancers, the training is in English and you do not need a partner. If you compete in Jack & Jill, the Full Journey (539 €, instead of 648 € booked separately) adds the Lab with its simulation and individual feedback. Applying is free and does not reserve a place, so apply early if you want to join, and note that the DNA Dinner covers the reservation only, not food and drinks.
