World Bachata Meet Up returns to Warsaw from Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th November 2026. The weekend opens with a pre party on Thursday at Mała Warszawska (Chmielna 9), then moves to Dom Technika NOT, Czackiego 3/5, for the main event from Friday to Sunday. Expect workshops, parties, shows and the finals of the World Bachata Social Competition and the 3rd edition of the solo competition. The official workshop schedule was published on 23 October, and the announced lineup includes Gero & Migle, Nacho & Silvia, Owen & Eva and more.

The Social Competition finals are the differentiator, making this a magnet for dancers who love competitive social dancing; the finals are for dancers who qualified at earlier events. The venue is a central conference building rather than an all in one hotel, so plan accommodation nearby, and expect a busy floor in a compact space. The DJ lineup is local.
